Pale yellow in colour with peach, pineapple and subtle floral flavours, artfully balanced with a touch of exotic fruits and citrus shadings on the crisp finish. Excellent with fruits de mer, grilled fish, white meats, mild cheeses and fruits. Best served at 10-12 oC.
